Call, email or send the form
Tell us about the house you inherited
Easiest is to send the address with a couple of lines on where the estate stands. Calling or emailing works just as well, and none of it commits you to anything.
- Heirs and co-heirs welcome
- Belongings can stay
- Written offer before you commit
- Title work handled by a local firm
Ways to reach us
Ring or text (623) 343-1171, write to [email protected], or use the form here and we will respond. Not ready to give an address? A general question is welcome as well. The how-it-works page and the heir questions page may already answer it.

Phone
(623) 343-1171, which is also what the TALK TO ALEX button dials.
[email protected]. Good for copies of statements, letters or a will.
Form
What you type here reaches us directly.
What helps us reply usefully
Nothing here needs to be organized in advance. These details make the first reply more helpful: the property address, who inherited it, whether an attorney has been involved, whether a loan exists and roughly what is owed, and whether the house is empty or full. If you also know of anything that has broken recently, mention it. If you only have a few of these, send what you have and we will ask for the rest. A short, incomplete message is far better than no message at all.
If you prefer to read first, the situations page and the offer routes page describe what we can do. If a probate attorney or CPA is helping you, feel free to have them contact us, or to share our written offer with them once you have one.

The estate
Who inherited, and where paperwork stands.
The loan
Approximately what is owed, or the latest mortgage statement.
The house
Occupied or empty, and what might need work.
Tell us the situation
Sending this places you under no commitment.
What happens after you write
We read what you send, reply with any questions and, where it makes sense, prepare a written offer. If the address falls outside the area, we tell you plainly. If an attorney needs to weigh in before anything else can happen, we say that too. Visit the San Tan Valley guide if you want to check the area first.
A reply
With questions or a written offer, not a pitch.
No obligation
You can stop at any point.
